Ticketing Coordinators
Our Ticketing Coordinators provide administrative support to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the Program Launch to Festival period. These roles work across a variety of tasks including supervising Box Office Casuals, administrating tickets to Festival VIPs, working collaboratively with the wider SFF team, creating and testing ticketing builds and so much more. Operations & Events – Associate Producer
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Events, the Associate Producer is a crucial management and coordination position in the Operations & Events Team, responsible for delivering the Festival Hub (‘The Hub’) and producing the Festival’s Major Events and other live performances. The role involves critical departmental and stakeholder coordination with suppliers, creatives, partners, agencies, government, venues, ticketing, volunteers, guests and industry, and philanthropy to deliver the Sydney Film Festival.

Operations & Events Coordinator
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Events and Operations & Events Producer, the Operations & Events Coordinator is a key position in the Operations & Events Team. The Role is responsible for coordinating the Festival’s Major Events. The role is primarily responsible for back-of-house operations at the Festivals Events. It will support the Festival’s programs, screenings, briefings, red carpets, talks, and production, including the Festival Launch, Festival Hub, SFFTV, Opening and Closing Night galas, parties, and awards.

Volunteer & Operations Coordinator
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Events, the Volunteer & Operations Coordinator is a crucial coordination position in the Operations & Events Team to recruit, train, and manage the Festival’s 300-400 volunteers in collaboration with the Operations and Events Manager and Venue Coordinators to execute the Festival’s volunteer program for the Sydney Film Festival.
