The Hub at Lower Town Hall puts the Festival in Sydney Film Festival. Drop in for a drink between films, grab a bite, and enjoy a swathe of special events, talks and parties. This is where you can celebrate cinema, debate your new favourite films, and meet the filmmakers this June.
You can also relax in the Challenger Lounge with a drink from one of our beverage partners – Mt Yengo Wines, Mountain Goat Beer, Lyre’s and Unexpected Guest Gin.

FBi Radio SFF Late Night
8pm Saturday, 8 June: Sophie Gordon
Radio presenter, musician & producer Sophie Gordon has been a personality at Sydney’s FBi Radio for five years. Her eclectic taste has seen her jump in to shows all across the station, from DIY to Balearic, as well as formerly hosting Mornings and summer residency, Recovery, where she shared her obsession with all things trip hop, oddball and downtempo.
8pm Monday 10 June: Bernie
Radio host, musician, and freelance film critic, Bernie Bolger has a comprehensive worldview on the entertainment biz, having tried most avenues available at least once. Many may be familiar with the preposterous satire of FBi Radio’s long-running ‘Robbies Modern Life’ program, or the equally inventive music and theatrical performances of ‘Pyjama Sundayz’. Behind the mixer, Bernie has an adept ability to manipulate pre-exisiting audio, aligning the beats to craft seamless transitions between songs, genres, and ideas.
