Support TFF
Through the Travelling Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival provides audiences in regional Australia with access to films they would otherwise not have the opportunity to see on the big screen.
This is only possible thanks to the invaluable support from government, individuals and organisations who believe that unique and meaningful cultural experiences should be available to all.
As a not-for-profit organisation, the Festival relies on support from you – its audience. Ticket sales add up to less than 30% of the true cost of bringing the festival to your town. Government and corporate support make up some of the difference, but we need your help too.
I have been attending the Travelling Film Festival since David Stratton first started it in 1974, and it has continued to this day to be a highlight of my year. I am incredibly passionate about ensuring that regional communities get their fair share of cultural events and resources, because culture is vitally important for keeping communities healthy and connected to the rest of the country and the world.
So, I’m committed to doing all that I can to support the Travelling Film Festival and have decided to make a regular donation towards its future. It is a window on the world for people in the regions and a vital link between country and city that we absolutely must preserve.
